  • ability to follow written instructions
  • ability to follow oral instructions
  • identification of 'critical' items

  • use of supporting details & elaboration

OTHER KEY COMPONENTS

Valid & Reliable:  Field and pilot testing samples contain line personnel, first line supervisors, administrators and entry level professionals.  ‘Critical’ items evaluated and scored were identified by a panel of content experts.  Administration procedures require the use of a TAM (Test Administrator Manual) and a minimum of two (2) graders are required for scoring one individual assessment.

Additional Knowledge: Testing can identify learning disabilities prior to employment decisions.

Far Reaching:  The model can be applied to any occupation requiring: (1) initial observation of critical items under some degree of stress; (2) formulate a call to action or decision using initial observations; (3) followed by post event recall and collection of critical observations; and (4) ending with the submission of official reports that cannot be misinterpreted.

Growing Data Base:  Our data base increases by the month. It offers comparative analysis by agency type, size, job duties, title, education level, gender, race, military experience (including branch!) AND MORE!

Guaranteed to Improve:  Knowledge gained through continuous research, development and testing allows staff to identify individual skill deficiencies with precision.  With as little as eight (8) hours of remedial training,  improvement is guaranteed.
